I believe skin heals
when the body feels safe.

Salt & Moon Rituals

Rooted in nature.
Guided by the body's intelligence.

I started Salt & Moon Rituals because I was done with skincare that worked against the body. Harsh peels. Aggressive treatments. Products loaded with synthetic compounds that stripped the skin's natural intelligence and left it dependent, reactive, and confused.

I went back to the fundamentals — to touch, to plants, to the nervous system. I learned that the skin doesn't heal when it's under siege. It heals when it's held, when circulation flows, when the lymphatic system is moving, and when the person underneath the skin is finally allowed to rest.

That's the practice I built. Every treatment I offer is centered on that truth.

Touch first. Always.

Most skincare focuses on products. I focus on what happens before the products — the quality of touch, the state of the nervous system, the movement of lymph. That's where real change begins.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

I incorporate gentle lymphatic techniques into every facial and many body treatments. The lymphatic system is the body's drainage network — when it moves freely, puffiness resolves, toxins clear, and the skin's natural clarity returns. This isn't a luxury add-on. It's foundational.

Nervous System Regulation

The skin exists in a state of constant communication with the nervous system. Chronic stress, shallow breathing, and sympathetic overdrive all show up in the skin — as inflammation, congestion, and accelerated aging. I design every session to move the body into parasympathetic rest, where healing actually happens.

Clean, Plant-Based Ingredients

I use only plant-derived, skin-safe formulations — botanical oils, mineral clays, enzyme exfoliants, and herbal extracts. Nothing synthetic. Nothing that creates dependency or disrupts the skin's own microbiome. Your skin already knows how to work. I just give it what it needs.

Personalized, Every Time

I don't run protocols. I read your skin, listen to what you're carrying that day, and adjust every treatment accordingly. What your skin needs in winter is different from summer. What it needs after a stressful month is different from a calm one. I pay attention.

The skin is not
separate from the body.

The skin is the largest organ in the body — and one of the most responsive to internal and external stress. When the nervous system is dysregulated, blood vessels constrict, inflammation increases, and lymphatic drainage slows. The skin reflects all of it.

Most esthetic treatments address the surface. My practice addresses the system. By working with the body's own rhythms — through intentional touch, lymphatic movement, and nervous system support — I help the skin do what it's already designed to do: repair, regenerate, and radiate.

The results are real. But more than results, my clients leave feeling different — quieter, more embodied, more at home in their skin.

"Beautiful skin isn't a product of what you put on it. It's a reflection of how well your body is being cared for — from the inside, through touch, and in the quiet spaces where rest is finally allowed."

Nothing harsh.
Everything intentional.

Every product I bring into my practice passes a simple standard: would I put it on myself? The ingredient list is short by design. I work with plant-based oils, mineral-rich salts, botanical extracts, clays, and enzyme exfoliants — ingredients that have centuries of use and modern research behind them.

No synthetic fragrances. No parabens. No sulfates. No harsh chemical exfoliants that compromise the skin barrier. I'm not interested in short-term results that cost the skin long-term health.
